great location friendly staff tidy room unhelpful service poor internet late check-in
the location is great. it's very near the mtr station. the staff are also friendly and polite. my room was clean and tidy too.
the front desk wasn't very helpful to me. the internet was very poor and i couldn't open my email. check in was only after 3pm and there wasn't exceptions.

great location spacious room nice variety noisy lifts faulty toilet leaky shower
the location was great! it was near the train station. the room was clean and spacious for my luggage. breakfast had a nice variety.
My room was right next to the lifts, so it was noisy all the time! ambulance sirens went off all night. The hotel is across from a hospital. the toilet didn't flush well. the shower head was too low and leaked.

helpful staff clean room water station weak flush low pressure missing toiletries
the location is near the yau ma tei station. it is convenient for transportation. the staff is helpful, and the room is clean. i appreciated the water refill stations in the lobby.
the toilet flush was weak, it struggled with paper. the water pressure for the shower was also weak. i noticed there were no toiletries provided in the room, i had to buy some.

food options daily cleaning
The MTR station was very close! many food choices were within a short walk. Daily cleaning kept the rooms well maintained. We booked the Quad King and it worked great for our family, so I recommend it.
The gym used to be free but now requires a daily ticket. That was a negative surprise!

excessive noise water provisions
The noise from nearby rooms was excessive I was surprised it was possible in a hotel. There were no complimentary drinking water provisions I disliked this a lot. I arrived after traveling overseas I was told to purchase water because it was unavailable. Staff helped me get bottles from a vending machine I still did not enjoy my stay.

subway station short walk cleaning poorly isolated old room uncomfortable beds
the hotel is close to the subway station it is just a short walk away. many restaurants surround the hotel that i could easily access. the cleaning was very meticulous and i liked that.
the wifi was not really working , made it difficult to get things done. the room was quite old and i could hear a lot of noise. the beds were not comfortable for me
